At dinner one evening in early March, friends and fellow ex-pats Dan and Christian were out in a fashionable neighborhood of Paris, just meters from the Seine. As with any late Friday at the office, once they escaped they were prompt to engage in purely responsible and carefully moderated drinking.
Thus in jovial spirits, as they tucked into their meals, the two began to discuss their food. The conversation was epic, continuing far longer than even the most dedicated eavesdropper could have withstood. As Dan began to wax verbosely about certain specialty meats, Christian’s rising disgust told him he had to change the subject.
He began to recount a grand endeavor, a feat of no less than heroic proportions that he had recently completed. Encouraged by Dan’s enthusiasm and overt pomposity, Christian realized that it was at this moment the foundation was primed for a more…French challenge.
So, admittedly, this site began as just that; The Great Parisian Power Plate Challenge. However, as the two discussed and began to set the ground rules, it became clear that there was much more potential. That, and the fact that nobody would ever want to type “thegreatparisianpowerplatechallenge.com” into their web browser.
So in addition to brilliant accounts of The Challenge, as time and our enthusiasm permits, this site will be updated with other reviews and notes on the fine establishments we have enjoyed, or perhaps even passionately despised.

The creation of your new child, Greatplatedebate.com has caused you to completely neglected your first child. How am I supposed to know what is going on in Europe with out the insightful literary works of windowdrop.com? Greatplatedebate.com tell me what news of the Paris season? No I didn’t want to know why this resturant is better than that one, especially since I will never go to either location!
