The Great Parisian Plate Debate

The challenge is over and we won. Well, kind of. We did technically finish in the planned amount of time, but if you read some of the last entries, it may or may not have damn near killed us. But what is a challenge if it does not make you stronger?

Since August we’ve both been busy. Christian moved back to the US while Dan went on to a new assignment in Dubai. The former is cowardly ignoring his true calling and continuing his culinary adventures in private. Dan, however, after 4 months of being boring finally decided to revive his public life of epicureanism and create a new franchise.

It is therefore with great pleasure that I now present you: The Great Dubai Plate Debate!
